Shipping Info


The iFlow Fitness Online Store offers shipping within Canada. US customers, we apologize for the inconvenience, please contact us via email for more information on our products and how to obtain them in the US. We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders will be delivered via ground shipping, and should arrive within 7 business days of your order being processed. Shipping costs are based on live rates from FedEx.

If you have placed an order and have not taken delivery after 10 business days, please contact our Customer Care Department.


If there is a problem with your iFlow Fitness equipment, you may return it to us and we will be glad to send you a replacement. All returns must be approved by iFlow Fitness. To apply for return eligibility, please contact iFlow Fitness via email and a customer service representative will contact you directly.


iFlow’s Customer Care Department will evaluate all return claims, iFlow Fitness reserves the right to refuse refunds based on their own discretion. Any shipping costs incurred in a return or warranty situation will be the responsibility of the customer.
